Blindfolded Art

Discover Blindfolded Art.

Immersive blindfolded performance, blending intuition, perception, and gentle artistic exploration.

This video documents a performance based on drawing with a blindfold. The absence of visual control shifts the focus from the result to the internal state and the process of experiencing the moment.

Drawing becomes a way to express internal impulses, emotions, and states. The work can be completely abstract — what matters is not the image itself, but the inner feeling from which it emerges. The process is connected to art-therapeutic practices, where spontaneous gestures become a way to explore inner space, emotions, and bodily sensations. Precision of form is not the main focus; freedom of self-expression is.

The inability to see creates a situation of uncertainty and vulnerability. Movement happens without knowing how the image will appear, gradually learning to trust intuitive action. This process creates space for self-expression and overcoming the fear of making mistakes.

The video is presented in black and white. Color is intentionally excluded to keep attention on the action, the state, and the inner process rather than visual effect or final result.

The project explores the experience of creation through internal sensations, trust in intuition, and freedom from the need to control the outcome.
